      My name is Autumn, and it is a pleasure to meet you.  I live in the Greater Sudbury area in Northern Ontario, Canada with my 3 amazing kids and our Stunning Maine Coon fur babies (I am a registered, Ethical Maine Coon Breeder, you can find my sweet, healthy happy babies at thesugarwoodcatteryandkennel.com). Our Family has a great history of food and flavor enthusiasts (3 generations and counting!), Starting with our infamous "Grandpa Glenn", Better known as the original "Grumpy Chef " who has helped instill a love of food, flavor and a healthy sense of kitchen humor.  I have personally been an avid foodie for over 40 years. I love to cook and Bake, whether in our Family kitchen, in our back yard Barbecuing or roughing it in the woods over an open fire. Flavor, family and fun are of the utmost importance to my husband and I.

     Here at The Sugar Wood, we sell a plethora of home made seasonings, spice rubs, Infused Sugars and Salts, a one stop shop for all your flavor needs!  We add more products regularly and will be launching my cookbook shortly with tried and true recipes that I serve with love, right here in our home with my own seasoning ingredients.
