Welcome to The Sugar Wood,

      My name is Autumn, and it is a pleasure to meet you.  I live in the Sault Ste Marie area in Northern Ontario, Canada with 2 of my 3 amazing kids.  Our Family has a great history of food and flavour enthusiasts (3 generations and counting!), Starting with our infamous "Grandpa Glenn", Better known as the original "Grumpy Chef " who has helped instill a love of food, flavour and a healthy sense of kitchen humor.  I have personally been an avid foodie for over 44 years. I love to cook and Bake, whether in our Family kitchen, in our back yard Barbecuing or roughing it in the woods over an open fire. Flavour, family and fun are of the utmost importance to my family.

     Here at The Sugar Wood, we have over 36 different home made seasonings and spice rubs, a one stop shop for all of your flavour needs! 

I will be adding a few of my seasonings to my website at a time as they are quite costly to start up. I will be adding more products regularly and will be launching my cookbook shortly with recipes that I serve, made with love, right here in our home with my very own seasonings.
